Not even sure anymore if it's a she or a he or even an it. If you research the IP address Carmen emails you from, it's actually in Scottsdale, Arizona and NOT the UK.

HSBC Bank needs to have this con artist reported. As well as they others he/she is in cahoots with.

Even the approach and the words and lack of response once money has been made off clients.

However, it is up to you. No one can tell you what to do. Your life, your choices, but do your research.
