Empty promises, hidden fees, and money-first-tenant-last

Management at Noremac Properties pride themselves in tricking college students into paying them every single dime for everything they promise but never delivered.

The most important policy at Noremac Properties is "money up front and we will do what we say" but they forget to mention their second most important policy "we only promise the first half of our first policy"

So, once you signed the lease, you are basically screwed if you have any maintenance requests for your apartments. They completely ignored your request if you have not paid the rent for the month but they send you a reminder oh-so-efficiently on-time to remind you of late fees. Even if you have paid the rent for the month, they take forever to respond to your request, if they ever. So you are basically F*K if there is anything wrong during the first/last few days of a month.

Besides only going for the money while lying in your face about "your comforts comes first" when you were signing the lease, they are also trained in all forms of threatening when you approach them with the issues.

All in all, stay away.

PS: Who puts annoying music on a crappy website anyway? That is how crazy the management at Noremac Properties is!
