I'll never know what this product is like, but they could change that with
three changes to their policy:
1. Use "Truth in advertizing"
2. Employ cordial. Respectful, polite representatives.
3. Ensure timely refunds.

If they live by (1. & 2.) the third item will be rarely necessary.
