Hidden Fees, Missing Rebate and Two-Year Contract Lock-In

If you are thinking about switching to Direct TV like I did, don't. The installation is horrendous, there are hidden fees every time you call, the service is the worst, and then you are stuck for 2 years. We never got our rebate and referral money. When you call, they will tell you what you want to hear and then send a letter taking it all back. The red tape you have to go through in order to speak to someone in charge is amazing. I can't wait until my contract is up so I can get rid of them once and for all.
