Bad Food, Bad customer service

Ordered 2 chicken sanwhiches, they were wrapped inside out, were cold, n hard. Called they told me 2 come back n they will only replace the 2 sanwhiched. I requested my ored 2 b replaced n they denied, it was only 6tacos. I had 2 go back just 4 sanwhiches that they should have done right in da first place. I know taco bell replaces da whole order 4 making mistakes, y cant they do that. That manager i talked 2 was rude. I asked 4 store number n he gave da phone number, n didnt want 2 give my receipt back.
