Bad Service

After traveling all day long tired, and hungry we decided to stop and grab something to eat, we choose Taco Bell/KFC Store # J605003 Ticke t# 83. The service we received was lousy. Personnel were using the wrong shells for the wrong food, because we asked to correct the order, they then, placed excessive tostada sauce on the tostadas. The floor around the soda fountain area was sticky. We were so angry that our food was not to the Taco Bell Specs we decided to throw our food and went elsewhere. The weather was cold and the thermostat must of been set at 50 /60 degrees. Customers were cold and were leaving instead of eating inside because of the coldness. I hope that future customers do not get the service that we received, that will definitely ruin Taco Bell's Reputation, at least in that store.
