We purchased a VW Jetta in April from Casey Volkswagon in Newport News, VA. They sold us a Consumer Cash Rewards Certificate and promised that if we follow the instructions we would receive a substantial refund of up to $3900.in August we submitted the necessary paperwork and received a postcard stating that our claim had been approved. It provided a password to check the progress of our claim. We have tried numerous times to check and to date it states that there is no information available. I have sent several emails and not received any response. I contacted the dealership and they were of no help. They only stated that they no longer are participating in this program.
