Plastic in my Breakfast Sandwich

EMAIL SENT TO MCDONALD'S CORPORATIONOn this date at approximately 7:15 AM I went through your drive thru and ordered a #2 Breakfast and a small Orange Juice. Upon leaving, I started to eat the sausage and egg sandwich and began choking and could not breath as my airway was blocked. I am currently on oxygen with a nasal canella and I believe the oxygen that could get through saved my life. I nearly got into a traffic accident but was able to pull over to the curb and threw open my door and proceeded to try to cough up or swallow down whatever was blocking my throat. Thank God, I was successful in coughing it up after what seemed like forever.
I examined the sandwich and found what appeared to be plastic in my sandwich and evidently I had ingested part of this plastic. When I was able to regain my well-being, I returned to the restaurant, spoke to your supervisor (Johnny) and he offered me another sandwich. I showed him what was left to the sandwich with the piece of plastic coated with the yellow of the egg and asked him whether the restaurant was corporate or a franchise and he said that it was operator owned and gave me a card with the website on it.
My intentions are to wait for your response prior to going to the Board of Health. I have also notified the Corporate Office on this matter and because of the seriousness of what could have resulted had I not been able to cough up this piece of plastic, I will start legal action against you as soon as possible
