When we contracted above company to install new roof shingles, Mr. Dirksen requested full payment, which he stated to be $2,800. After he purchased the material, he informed me that the job would cost an additional one hundred dollars, and I paid him this amount. Up to this writing, March 10, Mr. Dirksen has not completed the work, and he phoned me to inform me that he would do it later on because he was workiing on some other jobs. Mr. Dirksen's attitude is quite unprofessional! We need to have this job completed as soon as possible!
