Was told by "Jack" that my credit card would be refunded 6 months ago. No refund yet

Hi talk about a ripoff, this a first class operation! I have called this guy Jack since last December to refund my credit card that he charged me for. A Kenwood DNX8120. I returned a badly damaged shipping box the same day that I got it. I had also canceled the order 4 days prior he sent the radio to me.

This is after waiting 4 weeks for shipment. I'm sorry I got mixed up with this character and his so called secretary that was going to take care of my bill. Mean while I'm paying interest on something I don't have (radio). I hope someone reads this and doesn't get stiffed like me. I called the BBB and nothing happened. Next step lawyer and small claims court.
