Contract not Settled

I paid $895 to list with them with the contract that stated a full refund would be made at the end of 6 month if they did not send me a reasonable offer. I received not offer. Date of Contract June 22. I tried to get the refund all thru Dec, Jan, Feb. They never answered any of my emails, or returned any of my telephone calls. I had a news reporter try to help. They talked him and advised they sent an offer in Dec. For 20000. They did not get a reply so they telephoned. We never got a email, we never got a phone call. We have an answering machine, no messages were left. That's the SCAM - they say they sent the offer so they don't refund my $895. Don't you think it strange during the times economy was good, no offers. After the bottom fell out they send one for $20,000. I would have been delighted to sell the time share for that. Help!!!
