Buyer Beware! Price Cap Scam

We registered for that cost limit in April at $2.49 a gallon. The consultant stated that regardless of the market-rate was your day of shipping, this is the price we'd spend, but no greater than $2.49. The costs of gas transpired somewhat and every time we obtain gas we were charged at $2.49 a gallon, method above the marketplace price. I called again to ask why we weren't obtaining the lower rate because they guaranteed and was informed they purchased a large number of gallons of gas in a greater cost and till that offer was eliminated we'd need to spend the limit price. It's today March and still receiving billed for $2.49 - so when I named to ask why the higher rate nevertheless, I had been informed their present fee is $2.54 a gallon which I had been obtaining a great value. The individual I talked with was really, very rude. Obviously they do not worry about customer support
