Intrest rate

We shut our company on 12/6. On 12/5 our charge card fee was due. Pursuit called me before I actually got the statement displaying a stability and began badgering me of a cost. After I got the statement I discover they'd elevated my interest rate from 9.9 to 27.99%. I named them to set up funds shut the card and obtain the intrest rate decreased. They did put up funds and alter the continuing price to 12%. I requested the present intrest amout be ajusted for that recent month. They stated they might but just following the first cost was created on 1/5. The cost was created and that I called back again to obtain a credit for that intrest charged within the unique price 9.9 or even the new price of 12%. I had been informed today after I'd built payment arragements and created the very first cost they'd not get it done. Ms Williams was the consultant that examined together with her boss after I made preparations for cost. She explained they might get it done. Jennifer was the 2nd consultant I named on 1/8/09 that declined to regulate my intrest rate.

I'll never conduct business again with PURSUIT lender. After what each National resident has been doing by bailing these banks out they spend us back by getting 27.99% intrest. I believe that's legal! They let you know something to obtain one to spend then do another.
