Charged for something I did not orde

I got my visa credit card statement and on it was a charge from this "easyfortun of ut" i have never heard of this i do not know what they do. So i called the number listed on statement. 1-866-519-5308- talked with customer service so i was told. Asked her what they did, never got a straight answer and i told her i wanted a refund on my visa. She said she could not handle this but would send me an email of a form to fill out. You guessed it. No email as of yet. So not i guess i call the visa card company and see if they can work from their end. I know i did not order this just as i did not order an $8000. Boat, but the card company called me on this one. So i changed my email and they sent me a new card was not charged. Thank heavens. I know i did not order this because my computer was down for over 2 weeks and was without internet for almost 3 - i worked by myself-did not have money for a tech. And i finally got it up and running again. What is with these jerks?
