Polio physical

Vr will not work with me and refuse return my calls. The physical i had was not signed and now i a between the Doctor and the VR office. It is not my palce to do VR work and get the physiclal signedaerican health network in kokomo, docotr refuses to sign the physical papers for Vocational Rehability. I am caught between both parties. Vr will not work with me and the doctor refuses to understand polio even when i did a spread sheet for him telling him about post polio systems shutting down. Working for 60 yrs should give me some consideration. I only want a job / I am denied, work, physical brasses. Grants, glasses, physical progras and many other progras that the state has for the HANDICAPPED MEN 75, WITH POLIO VR INDIANAPOLIS NUMBER WAS 1-317-355-5271.
