Verbal abuse and intimidation

April 7 Christian called Ms Richardson at Vocational Rehab to requested they use another employment agency to help look for a job. Ms Richardson told christian to call RCI and to tell Mr. Lance to continue the job search. Mr. Lance at the employment agency RCI argued to Christian not to go behind his back talking to Vocational Rehab. Since there was no reply from him about a job, Christian having applied according to the resume and Lance said I should not include my higher education and apply for a lesser job. Christian replied "I'm not stupid"1. Why is Christian told to rely a request that should come from Ms. Richardson? Christian does not work for Vocational Rehab.

Gonzalez Sr called Ms Richardson in disagreement to actions taken by her and Mr. Lance. Ms Richardson was rude and arrogant in her response. Ms Richardson did not want to hear what Gonzalez Sr. Had to say and interrupted his call by saying to Gonzalez Sr to stop talking and that Vocational Rehab is going to get Christian another agency and not to bother her any more. The manner in of which her voice was projected indicated anger and molested of which triggered anger and hostile environment.
