Physical and polio

I had to get a physical and the doctor refused to sign paper for VR and me. Vr returned papers and the staff said the doctor does not have to sign any papers. I gave the fax to VR and he will not rrturn my phone calls or inquiries. I have records and physical from past yrs with me and Vr refuses to work with me and now i am in the middle of their probles. Now i am confused, why is the doctor taking MEDICARE and why is he being slective with me my age 75 and polio? Doctors office should be question on his performances and the VR office refuses to work with the CLIENTS. The Vr office refuses to work with me. Answer my questions and help me with employment, physical needs, grants, coputer classes and etcI ask only 1 thing and that is to work. I had to give up teaching as a substitute because of the walking. I cannot get a doctor in kokomo that has knowledge of polio. Vr and the staff at the doctor tells me to get another doctor. Ok Take me to indianapolis and and pay for another physical and find me a VOCATIONAL SERVICE DIFFERENT FROM KOKOMO OFFICE. They are not team players and they have no idea of polio and post polio problems. I do not want to be involved with the doctor and Vr problems. I want to work. Wehn i applied for s.S., i had a physical report and a physical reopr here with me and this is not accepted by vocational office. I worked for 65 yrs and ask nothing in return. VR has lost my faith in him and the doctor does not have to conform to the Vr and they are selective who they will work with. Vr has a lot of support and clients have knowone or any support.
