This man has a convincing sales pitch and sounds believable. But he recently approached my father in Bacliff, Texas and has collected a check for materials and cashed it, but has made excuses after exuses as to why the work will not begin.
My daughter looked up his name on the web as well as looking up all other information and all that has been found is not favorable at all. Since there is a paper trail maybe something can be done after all. Waiting to hear from the authorities at this time.
