This Joel Summerfield guy was about to be hired to do work for me and my mother. We did not accept his proposal but he insisted that he wanted to do the work. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We go the slime vibe and kicked him out of our house. We were afraid he was going to rob us. He came back later in the day with a new quote, but did not accept. Do not use JRS builders as this guy will rip you off!
