Summit Resort Marketing, Gary Collins & Eric Thompson
Scammed by these individuals

Miscellaneous

They promised they had an interested buyer for our timeshare and proceeded to offer pretty much what we were hoping for and said their fee for srvcs was $2,395.51. They promised that we would not have to pay this until the sale was final, but they needed to make sure the funds were available. They went on to assure us many times that this money would not be used until the sale was final and they asked for the account #.in this economy we are so desperate for extra money that we were blinded by this scam. I am now unemployed and my husband's hours have been cut, so we saw this as an answer to prayer (to be able to get rid of our timeshare).

We never received the papers they promised and the money was taken out of my account immediately. I have tried contacting them and leaving messages and nobody has called us back. Needless to say they are scam artists and just ran with our money.

I'm on the verge of losing my house and I just lost almost $2,400 that we had to take out of a credit card thinking we would recover it when the timeshare was sold. Needless to say we are extremely upset by the way these people took advantage of our situation and how this is afecting my whole family.
