I placed an online order at 6:40 pm, after an hour and 20 minutes the food was delivered. I checked the bag and was missing some of the order. The sandwiches was also cold and smushed from the bottle of soda put in the same bag as the hot sandwiches. I called and complained and asked for a full refund. I was told because it was put on a credit card it could not be refunded. I then asked for the number of the district manager, and haha there is no number but that i could call the main 1800 number for guest surveys. Its not like they offered to remake the food or even send out the rest of the missing order. I have called the 800 number and its just a useless number I sent a complaint to there website and have tried every way possible to get in touch with a district or regional manager with no luck. The food was horrible and was thrown out I feel by not refunding my money they are stealing from me and something should be done. I want my money back and if anyone out there has any ideas or can help i would appreciate feed back.
