Magic Jack
No service, no support

I paid $19.95 via debit card and for some reason another $1,00 to renew my subscription to MagicJack. When I attempted to use the device, I received an error message telling me that I could not connect to the Internet and that my subscription had run out despite the fact that I received a message telling me that I was paid up through August 15. I attempted to use their live support. Attempted is the key word... And I keep being told that I cannot connect to their server. I had formerly tried MJ and it was so bad I decided to not use it at all; then they said their service had improved. The name Madoff is going through my head.
