Magic Jack not working

Magic Jack doesnot allow me to call from my Jack to any number. It says the device is unregistered.

The registration screen appears on double clicking the magicJack in the center, which shows an error in BIG RED FONTS

Defective Jack. Please Contact Support.

But I could not find any support.

Please help
