Fraudulently added charges to our phone bill Ponte Vedra Beach Florida

We discovered that for over 1 year we have been charged a monthly fee by Integrated Area Internet Access SVC, It started as a #2.10 per month charge and is now a $8.57 per month charge. We have never spoken to this company and have no idea what this charge is for. We spoke to ILD Teleservices, who charges for this company and they could not tell me what it was for either.

This is a fraudulent charge. Why are these people allowed to steal from consumers like this? Who is going to stop them? They told me that they will remove the charge, but it may take 3 or 4 months. I do not believe them.
