Liberty On Line, ILD Teleservices rip-off

I noticed a charge on my business phone bill from ILD Teleservices for 2 months service. I contacted my phone company about the charge and was told it was an internet service. I had been charged for the past 4 months and had not caught it on my bill.

I disputed it. The phone company complied by removing the charges. I contacted the ILD Teleservices and was told I would be charged through the next month. The company rep told me I had signed up for the internet access. I did not. I was told this was a free internet directory yellow page listing. I was never told I would be charged.

I told the rep I never agreed to any charge. The rep told me I would be responsible because they had my agreement on tape. I have not received a direct bill from them yet. I am so angry about this scam.
