Another ripoff scheme... Beware

They can not produce what they advertise. Assure you they can help with a money back guarantee if they can't..$1400 up front with a $100 charge if using a credit card. The first negotiator Ryan Ramage either quit or was layed off and I was never notifed.

After a month of unanswered e-mails and phone calls I was informed that another negotiator was assigned. I finally made contact and after several weeks finally got the word he (Joseph Giuliano) could not negotiate with Contrywide or Fammy Mae. They wanted the house to go into foreclosuer.

I asked about a refund and got no answer. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office in Ohio and am waiting for some results. DAC communications is terrible and is like pulling teeth to get answers. After they receive the initial payment they don't seem to care.
