They keep calling my number even though i tell them i am not that person

This company is a collection agency and they keep calling and asking for someone i do not even know. I have told them 5 times now that I am not that person and that they need to take me off the list. They still keep calling me. I am going to report this company to the attorney general and get something done about this. They are going to pay me for interrupting me when I am busy.
