Signed me up for a subscription scam

This company is very good at what they do; they appeal to one's ego and continue to stroke your ego while talking you into one of their membership plans.

I should have known better when the caller ID was blocked, but I fell right into the scam (again the ego stroking).

I called my credit card company that the charge has indeed been approved; and I was unable to dispute it until it was finalized. So, I called the girl that phoned me and of course no answer. I did tell her that I would take legal action so I will keep trying to phone her today and see if I can obtain a refund.

I should have read complaint while I was on the phone with her; but she caught me completely off guard.
