I was approached by Cambridge Who's Who and sold on the merits of joining the program. I was never told that there was a "no refund" or recourse policy until I Googled them to get more information and found that this was key to most customer complaints. I immediately cancelled my membership and placed the charge into dispute with my credit card company. CWW declined the refund and refused to deal with me - despite having been told that they did NOT have permission to charge my card and that I would not be moving forward - they did and then said I had no way to recoup my funds.

Beware!!! I am on my second round of trying to charge back the second $199.00 that they again did not have the permission to move forward with.

This is a scam!
