Please call this number. 877 813-4977. It is automated. BUT Keep hitting zero for an operator, the system gets confused and you will get a live person soon after. Give them the 6 numbers required beginning in S and ask for your refund. I have been getting screwed by TWX for years. They will refund in 72 hours. I have asked for my credit card # to be removed over and over. I just got hit again today. I am going to file charges with the fraud department. You can get all info you need from your bank.

These guys need to be stopped. Everyone need to report to the fraud department at their bank. Hope this helps. Please don't forget to get a confirmation number of the refund plus the operators name. Good Luck
