I have to say that National City Just got the best of me. I have been a customer for several years and i started noticing this trend of overdraft fees late last year. For some reason i did not only get charged One overdraft fee at a time, in fact when i did get charged it would be a string of 3 and 4 $36 charges at a time and every time i called customer service they explained a whole lot of nothing to me i would be so frustrated and say f* it. Recently after complaining the customer service rep notified me that i had 33 of those charges last year so i should know better. To say the least i was horrified that with a free checking acct. The bank made $1188 in charges. I am on my way to the bank right now so i will keep u updated.
