Extended hours never opened!

The drive up window that is supposed to be opened at 8am m-f is never opened at 8:00am!!! About 8:10am somebody might opened the shades and tell you that they are not opened yet and in a nasty voice tell you the reason is because she has no help inside!!! She also can't tell you when she will be opened! This has happened to me at least 5 times!
