Stealing from soldiers is more like it!

This person takes donations from people and uses the money to support himself. He gets local stores to donate items to sell or raffle at fairs and uses the proceeds for rent, and other personal items. I recently saw the person after people placed CASH donations in a bucket, reach in and take the money and put it in his pocket. He then bragged to his helper how much they raked in that night. He is a total scam. He claims it is a nonprofit org.
