Goodwill suncoast supergoodwill goodwill oldsmar goodwill st petersburg expensive donations did not get to sales floor

Hello. I wish to see if there are any other people who have donated valueable items to goodwill in oldsmar or st petersburg only to find there donations did not make it to the salesfloor. I have read several websites and reports claiming that goodwill employees are either stealing donations, MARKING ITEMS AS "DAMAGED" AND THEN SENDING THEM TO A PLACE CALLED "THE PLANT" or are allowed to purchase them themselves at ridiculously low prices. I personally have witnessed goodwill employees unloading the bins of new items and say "oh, i want this. And IMMEDIATELY take it out of the hamper and bring it into the back room. Has anyone else ever seen or experienced anything like this at a goodwill or supergoodwill?
