Buy a Cadillac and save the environment, it will also help your health, as you will now be doing a lot of walking. The electronic control of all operation of the car, will limit it's use. You will save on Gasoline because the car will not run most of the time. The New Car Dealer technicians will explain they have repaired the car, but the next day the car will not start again. So your tires will last for years as the car sits in your driveway unused. This car is an example of the best American companies can produce. I should have known better since I'd previously owned Cadillacs whth the same disappointment, but thought just maybe Cadillac had it on the ball. Wrong. I stress, buy "Made in the USA", but Chrysler now makes crap, and I've never had a good Ford product. I'm 82, so I've bought a lot of cars, and other American products. Not only are American companies facing foreign competition, but lack of quality is pushing us to buy foreign products, and there is the other problem, getting any service information on any foreign product is impossible. Consumers in America are going to have to revolt, or our nation will continue to be destroyed.
I have the Cadillac Factory Service manual, but they only contain block diagrams of the electronic modules, so you are at a loss to actually diagnose the technical problem. I am lucky if I can drive the car for more than 200 miles between problems.
