Cadillac service sucks... Went to stewart bc david taylor is horrible... The service guy charge me 115$ to tell me that i needed an oil change... He gave me 10 other reasons it could be before diagnosing it. I had 15 error codes on my check engine light... Cadillac recalled the purge solenoid but my vin doesnt show up on the recall list... All my cylinders are misfiring and cam actuator solenoid is out, yet they say i just need oil... How 200$ just bc the dont want to honor that they re wrong... My bumper to bumper warranty just ran out a few months, now i have huge serious problems with the engine... Does cadillac not care about their product, no wonder their bankrupt and need a bailou... Wheres mine bailout... Sucks when you re an american consumer and all cadillac wants is your money and some... Im pissed and will never buy a gm vehicle ever again... All readers beware of stewart and their scams... Im a diesel mechanic and i know whats wrong with my car... They just wnat me to pay an arm and leg for it... 47 thousand miles then my car runs like a pinto... You decide if you want one... Paid 40k for it, should expect it to last a lil longer... Guess not cadillac sucks especially the service, do not but one... Caddy buyers beware!!!
