No refund or information regarding my refund

I was charged $87.13 for a product before the 15 day trial period was expired. I do not want this product. I have called 3 times to cancel and receive a refund of my money and no one can give me any information as to when I should receive a so called e-mail conformation or my refund. This is very poor business. You can take my money without my permission but I can't get any information regarding my refund? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Can someone please contact me asap regarding my money and I promise I won't ever order anything from this company again. Thank You
