I ordered a cd from this company for information on govt grants and they required a trial period after which they would charge your account if you did not cancel. However, I DID cancel, and made sure everything was ended, but they charged my account anyway! They overdrew my account and when I called they "said" they would refund it but never did! I waited for TWELVE business days, even though they said it would take at longest ten. I called back and they aid they were having "technical difficulties" and to try later. Total SCAM! I want my money back!
