Mygrantsite.org "By" is the only thing they said, then hung up on me when I called to cancel there service. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent their charge

I ordered a 7 day trial period to use their (mygrantsite.org) data base to obtain grant information. I was never able to log in and I tried for 5 days to call their 866-9983-3023 # to get help or cancel. They answered but only said, " we are having technical difficulties. Please call back later." So I went on their website and found an 800 #- they answered and just said, "By" then hung up on me. I was forced to cancel my credit card to prevent their $50 charge.
