Midland Credit
Paid off debt twice 2nd time paid midland credit. For debt closed out in 1996

I had a att mastercard in 1995-1996... Midland informed me this was through citibank when i paid it off the 2nd time through them back in 2003. I paid it 2xs because my credit is excellent and I wanted to keep it in good credit standing. I worked hard 4 this and paid off all my debts over a decade ago.

They harrassed me again in 2006 during my pregnancy and I did not pay them a 3rd time. How many times do they want me to pay this? They said they had no proof of this payment from 2003. I must submit proof (the letter of payment) or pay it again. They took only money orders and checks back then. They said they will not call me again when i started yelling on the phone to be left alone.

Now they stated that they sent me a letter lover 45 days ago and my time has passed so they do not have to give me proof of the bill. They say that i should have proof that i paid 6 years ago.

Paying twice was too much. I will not pay again. They always claim its too late for them to submit proof to you but you have to give them proof. The amount is always changing.

They told me I was getting a 40 percent discount and the amount was $994 just now. It was another amount when they called me 2 weekends ago. They wanted me to verify my full my ss no.By giving it to them! I spoke to the manager I told them to stop calling me at my home. Obviously they did not listen. They are always nasty when you refuse. They hung up on me last week when i said i want proof of the bill. They said they do not owe me anything... I have to prove it to them.
