I had an oil change done on the 24th of january and on the 15th of feburary my ford mustang started to make loud noises so we took it back up tp valvoline and they said it was the water pump so then i had a water pump put on the 15th of february then the noise got louder so then my husband said let me check the oil since u got an oil change fron them come to find out that they didnt put oil back in my car from the oil change so i have been driving my car since the 24th of january to the 15th of february with no oil so the noise was the barrens in the camshaft in my engine and they dont want to fix it the said it isnt there fault. So now am fighting trying to get my car fix...
