Be warned!!!

I requested a personal loan from LENDERS RECOVERY. Melissa Morrow was my loan consultant who sent the loan documents for my signature. The paperwork included an insurance policy supposedly provided by Countrywide Insurance Group. Because the Countrywide Insurance Group was listed as the insurer I thought the document was valid. The insurance policy needed to be paid prior to the company releasing the funds. I paid the insurance amount and never received the funds.

I have called the 866-568-1354 number Melissa Morrow x106, Samuel Wright x108 and other extension; I have also sent emails. Mysteriously the phone line does not roll into voicemail anymore and of course there are no responses to my continued emails. LENDERS RECOVERY stole my money and I WANT my MONEY BACK!!! I have notified the Fountain Valley Police department and my local police department and filed Fraud reports with both.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a report. I also contacted the Internet Service Provider for the Lenders Recovery website and notified the provider that the website is for a fraudulent service. After that I contacted Countrywide Insurance Group since the paperwork claimed an association with Countrywide.

I have sent an email to David Backs, the Executive Vice President of Countrywide Insurance Group with a copy of the document that claims an association with Countrywide. It is my hope that Countrywide will also pursue this matter with Lenders Recovery since the company falsely used the Countrywide name in association with defrauding me.

BE WARE!!! Do NOT use the LENDERS RECOVERY service or any other claiming loan company that claims and insurance policy is needed to obtain a loan. I wish I had been smarter. Hopefully others will see this and not make the same horrendous mistake.
