As all the rest have stated, the paper work does look very authentic. When you read it pay close attention to the wordage used. "our office GUARANTEES YOUR 100% access..." They also state that they are not a government agency. Don't you think the government would want to know about such a large sum of money being awarded. Save your $19.99. Plus I never entered a national promotion as they claimed. How can you win something you never entered? Scam.
