Gai Express Cooker
First They Double Charged Me and Then only Refunded Half the Money

I purchased the express cooker from an inframercial on T.V. They charged me for two orders instead of one and when I contacted them to inform them of their mistake, they informed me just to refuse delivery on the second package and that I would be refunded. On 1/26/08 they charged me $84.65 and on February 17 they only refunded my account $44.85. THEY ARE CROOKS...

This is robbery... How are they allowed to get away with this?
