Poor customer service

I was advised by the NJ state agency to contact this company to get a copy of my birth certificate. After repeated attempts (over 1 month spent back and forth) to fax, mail and scan this company my information with no reply, I've attempted to contact them via email and keep getting a message that they have NOT received my information. This is important photo ID information that has now been put out in several different ways and I am concerned as to the security involved.
