Fraud! Ripped off credit card! They say they will credit your credit card but NEVER do. Never waite, just go to your bank and claim FRAUD! Or it will be too late! Liars deceptive company

This company claims to send FREE CD computer courses and offers you one "free choice" they do NOT sent your choice but a stupidly simple one!
Then when you call they tell you IF you will allow the nearly 60.00 charge to go through they will send you the one you asked for in the 1st place and will NOT charge you!
They make a 59.95 dollar sale by force! When you manage to tell them NO after much prodding and No's they cannot take the time to say anything else but hang up on you without a word!
They charge your credit card in 10 days from the day they send the disks out! That leaves you 2 or 3 days to call, get a return authorization and mail it out and IF the receive it back in 1 day you will not be charged! IMPOSSIBLE!
Then they say they will credit your credit card but NEVER do and when you call again they tell you it was an oversight! They "will do it asap" and again no refund! Again and again you call finally you give it up and file fraud papers and THEN if you are lucky you get your money back! IN 90 DAYS!
They MUST do this or loose their privilege to process credit cards so PLEASE submit the fraud papers to your credit card company right away without waiting to hear their lies! It will save you 6 to 8 months and lots of frustration! It will still take 90 days though! Sorry!
