Subject: Rip off by video professor
I tried to order the video professor (the organizer was to be a free gift) in early Dec. Jan it was not here.

I called to see what the problem was, and was told that whoever took down the # had possibly made a mistake so I reordered it and was told it would be here in 7 days. After that time passed, I called back and was told my Mastercard was refused by the credit card company.

I called the Mastercard and was told there was no request ever went to them for the Video Professor. I called back again and told tVideo Professor what was told to me. They apologized for my trouble, so I asked them what would they do to compensate me for all the trouble.

I was told I would recieve another CD for free and to call back Friday to verify the order was sent. Friday. I called back again and was again given the run around from person to person in hopes I would hang up, but I stayed on the line and spoke to numerous people.

Finally I was told they would ship the order the next day. I asked about my free Cd and was told I was receiving a introductory offer and that the organizer was free. I explained that there was to be another cd free also, and was told no, that was it. I don't know where they get their workers but they are not trained to deal with the public.

They were ignorant and very unorganized and do not know
how to back track and see where their problems lie. Finally I read about the ripoffs they were puling on the public with credit card fraud so I called to tell them I wanted to cancel my order and I was hung on... Good riddance! Seeing as they do have my credit card #, should I see any charges go through on my card... I will not hesitate pressing criminal charges.
