Scam! No return address for returned goods and ripoff charges to credit card! I Can't Find Them!

Video Professor's "Free Trial" is a one-way ticket to expensive charges for a product you may not like. I cannot find his address, cannot find return information, cannot get an answer from the phone number, and the "customer service" takes 10 days or more to get back to you, long after the free trial is over, so no help there.

I have been sold a pig in a poke. I am reporting this to my credit card as fraud if they charge me, and this complaint will be part of my evidence.
