Lie, lie, lie and then hang-up!

Ordered flowers to be delivered at a birthday surprise party. Was guarneteed they'd
arrive on time. When it became apperant they would not make it on time i tried
to have them canceled. I E-mailed/phoned (on hold 1.5 hours) so left message, all
requests to cancel the order were ignored. Never did receive a call back or an e-mail
back.

When i called the next day and finally reached what can only be described as the RUDEST customer service person ever i was lied to and told they had indeed been delivered
at my requested time and so there for there was nothing to cancel. They never actually
got delivered until 24 hours later. When i called this same person back to ask why she'd
lied to me, she hung-up on me. When i called again to say, 'please just explain why
your treating your customers this way', she told me to "stop wasting her time" and yes,
hung-up on me again!

Amazing... Would be funny if not so expensive and frustrating. Suffice it to say i'd steer clear if i was thinking of ordering flowers, mine arrived a day after the party ended!

Sad but true story...
