Sold me a wate

On 12/03, we were sold a waterfilter with a deferred payment plan. They gave them until 2/05/20mise deferale payment. We were told that before payment was due they would send a check by first of Jan and a soap pac worth $500 and they messed it up and pulled my old water pipe loose from the wall and went in there with theirs and left a hole in the wall. When they did this it froze my pipe. I tried to call numerous times and got the run around. I turned it over to N.C. BBB on 1-29. They gave them until 2-05 and they nor i received a call from them. I again reported on 2-06 and they ignored us again. I reported them again on 2-17. Water line is still burst and have not received any of the 3 $100 checks nor $500 worth of supplies. Can you help in any way
